Creation of Design Elements that embrace my work of the past and my current journeys, utilizing technology and sustainability. With the current travel lock downs in place it has given me an opportunity to plan what I would like to do in the future.  I have always admired Japanese hand crafts and arts (washi, urushi, woodcrafts etc.).  I would like to use my design background to help promote, expose and utilize them.  As an architect / designer / artist / craftsman I’m phasing this as, “Design through Culture exploration”.  Utilizing multiple ancient Japanese crafts combined with new composite design to create new home products.”  I have actually come up with a couple of designs/ideas already and hope I can find a place where I can support not only Japanese crafts but also support community survival.
